The great increase in the demand for detached houses during the coronavirus epidemic was interpreted by experts as not being able to go out during the time we are closed at home, and how this situation negatively affected the psychology of individuals.
In the first 6 months of the year, the number of buildings for which construction permits were issued increased by 88.4 percent and exceeded 63 thousand. In this period, there has been an increase in the number of licenses for detached houses due to the effect of the coronavirus. Looking at the details of the licensed buildings, it was observed that the private sector showed great interest in the construction of detached houses.
The number of licensed detached houses increased by 156.6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, with the effect of the pandemic.
