In Turkey, first-time house sales increased by 13.4% in October compared to the same month of the previous year and became 41 thousand 914. First-time sales had a 30.5% share of all house sales in Turkey. In the January-October period, first-time house sales decreased by 16.9% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 329 thousand 70.

In October, Iran citizens bought a thousand 265 houses from Turkey. The followers of Iran citizens were Iraq with 926 house sales and Russian citizens with 543 house sales.
